@@amaretaylor4957 Except, you're not understanding Neji's philosophy or their destinies. Neji believed that from the moment you were born your destiny is predetermined and couldnt be altered. The reason people are saying Neji is right is because Naruto is the Child of Prophecy- someone who was predetermined to revolutionize the ninja world, which Naruto did. Naruto was destined for greatness and to change the world. "Neji was right" is brought up so often because of the damage that introducing that prophecy did. It can be seen that all of Naruto's actions were, in fact, predetermined because destiny needed him to be that way to bring that revolution when the story wouldve functioned just fine without it. Hell, Naruto subverting Indra's and Asura's cycle could be seen as part of his work as the Child of Prophecy; only HE- the Child of Prophecy- could break the cycle when everyone else fell victim to it. Even Sasuke was roped up into it and was powerless to break free like Naruto did. Convenient that the only person to break this cycle also had a prophecy backing them up. Naruto went the route of DBZ in throwing out it's original message of 'hard work can be someone who is gifted' as a result of prolonging the story.
