Dude ,I am uni student and there is a masjid that made a studying hall for everyone but almost all are muslims. I was feeling lonely and finding this place made my life better. Having a support for your right and wrongs and aiding in the halal makes life so much easier otherwise you'd have to do extra just to keep your faith... social bubble is important and very influential. I didn't want to have a non muslim social circle .. eventually it will have a degrading effect on Islam... stay strong brother.
