This is a brilliant idea, I've seen previously that someone did this same sort of thing fpr the French leagues. I really wanted to try it in Italy but I was completely stumped on how to implement the rules or even how to release players, would you be able to share how you did this (or a link to the process) please?

It’s free once you have the proper game but requires a separate download. I used this video from FM21 as a reference point - kzbin.info/www/bejne/nYWac5eMrp2ch6Msi=7VD4nJgWJ2T4hxDi Luckily the editor hasn’t changed much at all so it’s quite simple once you figure out the editor UI. You might need to add or remove extra rules to make things work just right. Good luck!

Exactly that mate. Making it club only didn’t work too well in game unfortunately, as every club would use randomly generated players when Prem games conflicted with youth fixtures 🥲

Yeah that’s a strange one. Just checked and FM thinks he’s half English as he was born on the Isle of Man 😅 Something similar happens later on when United sign Sunderland born American, Gio Reyna.

Yeah agreed, a touch unfortunate. If it worked 100% as I intended, the birth place would have no impact and they’d all be ineligible. Thankfully it was just Tierney from the start. Haaland would have scored 70 goals in season 1 otherwise 😂
