Thanks so much Tim for watching my video and your kind comments. This product was one of our best purchases. We use the grinder daily. Before we were using blender and all it did was break after frequent use. Now, we don't have that worry :) We use this grinder to grind soaked rice and lentils mostly. But the concept is same. So far no issues at all whatsoever and this one is heavy-duty.
