Premier1 PoultryNet Plus Kit Review!

So I've been using this Premiere1 PoultryNet Plus Kit for about a week or so now and I have to say I am very happy with my purchase! We got the 12/48/3 Starter kit that includes the Solar Intellishock 60 Energizer as well as a fence tester and support rods. This is a great kit to set up to help protect your free range chickens from ground predators such as dogs, cats, coyotes, racoons, and more! It won't stand up to a hungry/angry bear, but then again most things in general wouldn't, but it definitely will act as a deterrent.

How do you enter inside the fence area? I’ve been trying to find videos that show how to make a gate or some kind of human entry way….

Premier1 actually makes a little section that has a gate built in to it, but what I do is turn off the energizer, then go to one of the corners, take it out of the ground and lay it down and then walk over it. I have to do it at the corners because if I do it in the middle, it doesn't lay flat enough on the ground for me to step over, but since in the corners the fence comes to a point, its easier to fold down on itself, if that makes sense.
