are these a cpu hog?

I just observed my Activity Monitor on my CPU. When downloading an item from the AEjuice Pack Manager it uses up to 10% CPU power, when just open in the background it uses less than 0.4%. Premiere Pro, when running the timeline it uses 20% of the CPU. Hope that helps!
