I met Johnny one night in Nashville at Robert's Western World down on Broadway. I walked out of Jack's bbq and heard someone just totally blistering the guitar. I walked on down to Tootsie's and it was so packed in there and the band totally sucked. I walked back down to Robert's, walked in and my jaw about hit the floor. There was like 5 people in the whole bar. I watched as Johnny played the most amazing guitar licks my ears have ever heard. I waited till his set was over and went and talked to him. Nicest guy on the planet and so appreciative. Johnny is honestly one of the best guitar players on the planet and such a nice guy. He is Nashville's hidden jem! Kudos to you Johnny!
