We are building the Premier Dream Shop! Having a large garage shop on my property has been a dream of mine for a really long time, and it is finally happening!! Follow along as we make this dream a reality!

So glad you’re digging it!! Concrete always scared me to try because if you mess up there is no fixing it, rip it out and start over 😂

It will be my office up top! But the van will continue to be our day to day office so we’re always on site!

Looks like a monolithic slab on grade? Is there any insulation under the vapor barrier? Will you be conditioning the shop? I’m in VT and hopefully be getting to do this in the coming years.

Yup, monolithic pour, no insulation under the vapor barrier. I’ll probably do some sort of heat in the shop area at some point but that will be a little down the line!
