Jesus, any contractor that agrees to build over and not remove existing materiel should be out of business for so many reasons...this is garbage from the very beginning and I don't care what the homeowner wanted! As a contractor this is total crap!Also Fuking up the yard as a work space with sawdust, cuts and bits is totally low grade unprofessional. Oh, and end nailing what should be mitered joints is a true testament to inferior workmanship at every level including Noob!

The final result looks pretty awesome, but why the hell have you not sealed the ground under this massive terrace? There is just pure soil and many weeds but also vermin will live under this super expensive deck. I do not understand this. And also I do not get why you have not painted the framework. I expect that it is impregnated already but from such professionals like you guys, I would expect better and way more accurate preparations.

No need with these type of concrete paver walls, and we build up the bottom of the pit so there’s only about 12 inches to the fire floor

problem with these outdoor furnitures is that they will be covered with dust after only couple of days. it looks good on pictures, but unless you have servants who will clean the damn things everyday, it is not quite what you imagined.
