Are you still making Dual-Air II and do you have an estimated time frame of when they will be shipped out to the USA?

I would love to have the twin air inflator, my daughter gifted me the dual split sizer . When the global issue happen with the helium I didn’t get to use it as much . I’ve been decorating as a hobby since 2017 and my favorite is the classic design . So I would def love to get the twin air inflator . I would love to turn the cool air for exchange lol 😂 it’s very veritable as you said but I didn’t realize how the machine is also made . With my health rheumatoid arthritis, when holding the nibs hands are uncomfortable But I also left a message on what the issue is . can’t wait to hear from you, . Thanks in advance . Dee

this is Sam from Balloons Lane, i love Premium product, as there name they really are premium, currently i am using 3 products, twin Air inflator ( supper product, worth every penny ) foil inflator very best product ( i like little bit longer and softer pipe not so stiff pipe ) but its a life saver, 3rd product is not here its a small inflator for our van ( for any emergency use ) now planning to buy blue helium inflator, having a real hard time to find it in USA, please forward this to premium if they can solve this, beside its close your eyes buy these product, supreme quality

Hi guys , this of course is part my fault . I ordered the machine from New York I live in Florida . So the cool air is getting hot and I had to turn it off. Mine was on a table so nothing was blocking it . So I didn’t send in the warranty because I tried to reach out to the company no response . It was during the beginning of Covid also. The machine over heated with in a hr . I can send you guys a balloon tree I made , lucky I brought another machine with me .Any suggestion why it’s over heating or what I can do . Thanks again great video as always !
