We get a lot of questions about our shop: How and where do we store our balloons? How much inventory we have? And many more...
It's important to clarify that WeBalloonz focuses mainly on bigger installations of balloon garlands. Yes, we offer helium arrangements of all sizes, but they are not our main source of revenue, so we've designed our shop accordingly.
Towards the end of the video, you will see that we didn't start WeBalloonz in this shop. Our shop used to be a quarter of the size of what it is today. Instead of investing on a store front or a commercial space, we decided to upsize our home. I share this to encourage you to continue to push and achieve whatever goals you set your mind to, because you can and... YOU WILL!

Hello - I am curious to know - when you started your Balloon Business - Is your husband also working in the Business too ? Do you / your husband have FT Jobs or is this you main business ? With respect to the Balloon Storage Organization, I can see you org by color - I notice that the colors are not all together - have you considered to put all the same colors together - you can pull the drawers out and move them . How do you know / keep track if you are running out of a size of a color ? How do you market your business ? I love watching you - you are easy going, yet efficient... you have amazing eyes LOL I know again I am mentioning it .

1. He had a full time job and I was on maternity leave when I started the business. He would help me on the weekends. He joined me full time a year later. 2. Not really too concerned with the organizing by colors. We have a pretty good understanding where each color is by now 3. We keep track of our inventory manually. For the items that we use more often, we like to keep a lot of it at hand, and for the others, we purchase as needed 4. Love this video as it’s so inspiring! I would love to get into the balloon business. I would find it really beneficial if you could do a video on how you brought the probs and balloons eg did u buy as you went along or in the beginning of starting the business.

As we went along. However, when we started to build our on props we made them in a way that they could be disassembled and fit in our mini van. Once we upgraded to our high roof work van, we purchased bigger and better props ☺
