Futures mein drawdown bada hota hai ussey acha Hidden Diversion Strategy (Trader Insight) 30 minutes timeframe par chalao largecap aur midcap uptrending stocks par faayde mein rahoge aur 10EMA by Anant Ladha use karo. Baaki intraday option selling karni hai toh wait & trade by Capital Zone best hai banknifty mein. Ye teeno strategy ka drawdown kamm hai aur profit acha hai. 2% per month kahi nahi gaya.

this is actually synthetic call!, instead of this you can simply buy a call , which is trading at 40rs at 9.30am.,payoff graphi is also same.. you can save on brokerage.

Though we do on expiry , still there is a break even shift based on option ATM premium. It will be approx 50 points as per your video though you said there is no shift. If there is no beak even shift, simply we can create this strategy on both CE and PE sides and make profit always. But thats not possible because of break even shift. Only thing break even shift is less in expiry day as there is not much days for movement.

Bilkul sir aap ATM ka call buy kr sakte ho lekin atm ke call ka delta 50 hota h or futures ka delta 100 hota h to futures m aapko 100% of the movement ka profit hoga vhi agr aap atm ka call buy krte ho to vha pe aapke profit ki rate kam hogi as it is only 50 delta. 😊

Yes sir you will get similar kind of profit if you buy a call but here I've shown that you should buy futures as you can roll over a future incase market falls

Satpal bhai strategy is good but please try it doing on loss day I have back tested it on simmualtor but max loss which is shown is not true as when market goes against you the strategy on reality showing much more loss pls guide me if I am wrong but do try it on loss day u will get to know that loss is much more then shown in max loss column

Use only on expiry days. In downtrend market sell one lot of future at the ATM and Buy one lot of CE at the same strike price where future is trading.

Sorry to say, but it's not a good strategy. In this case, instead of buying a put and a future, one can simply buy a call Or a put of ATM Or near to ATM. That will give you same profit, if the market goes in your favour. In case the market goes against you, your loss will be less than this strategy. Imagine, if you had bought only put in this case, your maximum loss would have been Rs. 2000 (Rs.40x 50) and not about 3000 as is in this strategy.

Tell me one thing, why make things so complicated ?? just buy a CE on expiry day, you will get same payoff graph. It is just like beating around a bush when its a straight road. Even buying a CE will give an unlimited profit upside and a limited risk. And instead of paying 20000 INR for the trade, you will only have to pay the option premium. Plus, what you have said can be done monthly. Buy if you buy a CE on weekly expiry, you can do it every month. Kindly explain to me why do all this complicated stuff when you can get same result by buying a CE.......Thanks in advance.

Yes sir you're absolutely right. But here the logic to buy future is that incase our view goes wrong we can roll over the future to next expiry but we can't do that with a long call we will have to take loss in a long call if market goes down. That is why we have bought a future with atm put otherwise you're correct the payoff chart would be similar to a long call.👍

@@optionsailor Ok, but then once you roll over the future, you will have to buy another hedge for that right ? because the current PE will expire. So again you will be paying the premium for that anyways. This is only for expiry day trades right ? because if we roll over, we will again end up paying huge premium for the next expiry which will again be close to 10000. So it will become same as the one you showed in the beginning of the video. Also, when you roll over, you will get futures for next month at a higher price which will only increase your loss. So why rollover ?

If you're trading in the beginning of the month than I would say go with monthly hedge only
