It’s funny most people hate this mop😃..I had a similar mop cost about $34.99 that was a piece of cheap garbage. This mop is like the best I have found . It’s sturdy, the bucket is easy to move around, at least it has wheels. I use this item at least twice a day. I have had it for 2 years. I love ❤️ this mop.. my problem is the handle won’t stay in the up position anymore it keeps sliding down when I mop.I just need a replacement handle. Help! Suggestion to the company make your bucket separate one side with the spin/the other side with the clean water.

well, be careful when taking the mop head off, mines broke, I've had it for a while, didn't really care for the quality of the mop but it got the job done. I guess the plastic just couldn't hold up to me removing the mop head.

Hello, I just purchased my Casabella mop and I returned it to the store because it seemed very hard to use the mop on the cleaning side but super easy to spin for drying. I got another one and it is still the same resistance on that particular side, am I doing something wrong?? I love everything about this mop except this is hard on my neck and shoulders to push the mop down. Thank you!!

I hate it been trying in it like for 3 weeks and it keep twisting on me when I am about to rinse it and had to get my hands on to straighten i am returning it and also when I mop is so hard to keep it in one angle. I am trying the cyclo professional mop let's see how that works.

I don't see the point in trying to keep the mop clean when dirty spin water is designed to spill into the clean water compartment.

Pretty low quality in my experience. The mop head keeps coming out of position, the lock handle that stops the handle from twisting while cleaning doesnt work. Just Chinese made product with an Italian name to give it image of quality and class. Poor Italians

I bought it. And I'm not very happy. The spinning part doesn't work and the head moves at weird angles. It keeps flipping over. I looked on line and your in instructions for adding the floor solution are non plus. Sorry but I give it a thumbs down. I'm passing this on to a thrift store. And just eatting a lose.
