Wish it wasn't discontinued. Ours finally wore out so the mop head isn't latched in when we pull it to spin. Favorite mop ever - don't need to fill a bucket, just wet it in the sink, wring it in the sink.

I'm having trouble replacing the sponge on my casa bella. It doesn't have 1 orange tab as pictured. It has 2 yellow tabs that don't budge. I bought replacement sponges at the same time as I bought the mop (maybe a couple of years ago) but there's no instruction anywhere about how to change them. Ugh!

mop does not have a lock it has a hook and now my new " broke" mop is not useable

agree this is a poorly designed product, finally managed to get the old sponge released after breaking the orange tab and using a hammer and screwdriver to tap/slide out the old piece, strongly recommend against purchasing this product.

Horrible product. When it empties good luck removing the water tank. You’ll break it. I couldn’t get the empty infuser out. Big mistake. It’s garbage.

I have the original Casabella mop and there is no orange tab! It is very difficult and almost impossible to change the mop head. I do not recommend this mop! What a waste of time and patience!

It’s funny most people hate this mop😃..I had a similar mop cost about $34.99 that was a piece of cheap garbage. This mop is like the best I have found . It’s sturdy, the bucket is easy to move around, at least it has wheels. I use this item at least twice a day. I have had it for 2 years. I love ❤️ this mop.. my problem is the handle won’t stay in the up position anymore it keeps sliding down when I mop.I just need a replacement handle. Help! Suggestion to the company make your bucket separate one side with the spin/the other side with the clean water.

I finally got mine off - be sure and use the handle on the pole to move the rollers.

I just got it, put it together and it looks like a cheap piece of junk that won't last. My bad for spending money on this crap.

It wasn't spinning properly on the rinsing part and the mop adjusting device, when you're cleaning, also broke. I did some repairs, but over time the map stopped working. I am a very careful person and I always read the instructions, following the manufacturer's instructions, but that is often to no avail.

I cannot find the model number on mine. The mop head has a plastic loop on it and does not release anything if I pull it... impossible to slide and not coming off. Agrrrr.
