Alternative to enhance on red coloring and reduce spicy kimchi is to mix paprika and seedless red chili 🌶. Many Tibetan fry their flour in advance, we can learn from Tibetan to fry cooked rice flour in advance and add on straight to kimchi during mixing. The juicy fluid will natural fermented itself.
