Hi me and my husband’s been trying to conceive for two years and no luck. I have an app tracker on my phone when I’m ovulating it says that you’re ovulating for at least five days is that true? And if you’re ovulating, is it a clear sticky substance
@premomfertility4 ай бұрын
We cannot know how other apps calculate the ovulation day, but in the Premom app, the six days marked in purple are your fertile window, including the five days before ovulation and the day of ovulation. If you have plans to get pregnant, we recommend having sexual intercourse during the fertile window, which will greatly increase your chances of getting pregnant. Regarding the clear sticky substance, yes, during ovulation, the body typically produces a type of cervical mucus that is clear and sticky, often described as egg-white in texture. Monitoring cervical mucus can be a helpful method for tracking fertility. However, it's important to remember that while cervical mucus can be a good indicator of fertility, it's not a guarantee of ovulation or fertility. If you're trying to conceive and have concerns about your cycle or fertility, it's always best to consult with a healthcare provider. Wishing you the best of luck!🧡🤞😉

Does travelling affect menstrual circle, because i was in living in Africa before i came to Europe 5months ago but then after two months my cycle was very irregular, i have 45 to 50 days cycle length so am confuse if thats because of travelling or what. Because when i was in Africa i have regular cycle. I also visited a gynaecologist that gave INOFERT that should be taking everyday for four months

Yes, traveling, especially long-distance travel that involves significant changes in time zones, climate, and lifestyle, can affect your menstrual cycle. Stress, changes in diet, sleep patterns, and overall routine can contribute to irregular cycles. Your move from Africa to Europe and the subsequent irregularity in your menstrual cycle could be influenced by these factors. It's good that you visited a gynecologist and are taking INOFERT as prescribed. Continue following your gynecologist's advice and give your body some time to adjust to the new environment. If irregularities persist, follow up with your healthcare provider.

Sorry for your loss. After a miscarriage, it's normal for your menstrual cycle and hormonal levels to be somewhat irregular for a while as your body recovers. Seeing spotting or changes in your menstrual flow can be part of this recovery process. However, it's crucial to consult with a healthcare provider to discuss your specific situation and any concerns you may have.

Can ovulation start on the 6th day of periods
@premomfertility4 ай бұрын
Ovulation on the 6th day of your period is quite uncommon but not impossible, particularly if you have a shorter or irregular cycle. If you're tracking ovulation for conception or other health reasons, using multiple methods to monitor ovulation can give you a clearer picture of your cycle.🥰

Dr I'm 23 yrs old trying to conceive. 25 sep( yesterday) was my ovulation. I didn't do any tests its just a prediction. (33 day period cycle last period on 7sep) Two days before my ovulation day (23) i felt a mild pain on my left side of lower abdomen. And the pain continues to 24 and 25. On 25, day time i felt wet on my vaginal area but later that night when we try to have sex my vagina become extremely dry and we couldn't complete sex. Also i felt literally no interest in sex at that night . Could you please explain to me the situation.
@premomfertility Жыл бұрын
The mild pain on your left side of the lower abdomen around the time of ovulation could be due to ovulation itself. Some women experience discomfort or pain, known as mittelschmerz, during ovulation. Vaginal dryness can occur for various reasons, including hormonal fluctuations. It's possible that your hormone levels are affecting your vaginal moisture. This can make sex uncomfortable or painful. Lubricants can help in such situations to make sex more comfortable. A decrease in sexual desire, as you mentioned, can be influenced by multiple factors, including stress, fatigue, hormonal changes, or emotional factors. It's not uncommon for libido to fluctuate throughout the menstrual cycle. Ovulation Timing: While you mentioned predicting your ovulation, it's essential to remember that predicting ovulation without testing (like using ovulation predictor kits or monitoring basal body temperature) can be less accurate. It's possible to have some variability in cycle length and ovulation timing. If you're trying to conceive, consider the following steps: You may want to consider using ovulation predictor kits, monitoring basal body temperature, or tracking cervical mucus changes to more accurately determine your ovulation window. Try to have intercourse in your fertile window(5 days before ovulation day and ovulation day), as this is when your chances of conception are highest. Consult a Healthcare Provider for professional guidance. Best wishes to you in your TTC journey. Best regards, Leyla Premom Support Team

I am using prenom app, When the test show” pink “ is its means that you are ovulating next 24h?
@premomfertility4 ай бұрын
Hello, do you mean "peak"? If so, it typically means that you are likely to ovulate within the next 24 hours. This will be the when you want to "baby dance" to increase chances of pregnancy, if you are looking to get pregnant. Good luck!
