Hi 👋 first... giving yourself some grace is a great thing... but you've got to stop somewhere. The wine. Yeah just gotta go. At least cut it to maybe once or twice a week. Second. Muscle does not weigh more than fat, a pound of muscle weighs a pound. A pound of fat weighs a pound. Muscle is more dense and takes up less space which is why you can appear to weigh the same or more even though you look leaner. Finally...YOU CAN do this. If this is really something you want to do you will find a way. ❤❤❤

Thank you for the advice.. yes, Dec is my cut wine month, since January is officially the start time. I did just buy this “wine” substitute all natural to make mocktails with. By the brand apothecary. It’s said to help with those needs you turn to in reaching for the wine. I’ll definitely do a video on that as well. But I greatly appreciate your support and feedback ! 🫶🏼♥️
