I always make Russian tea cakes at Christmas. I usually roll them in powdered sugar as soon as they come out of the oven, then roll them a second time after that. They are simple but so delicious! They are always a favorite, so great choice! If you ever want to try a spicy cookie, ginger cookies are a family favorite of ours. Baking is a great tradition for families.
