Prep/Frugalness 'Wake times, Purchase replacements, & Hand downs' Midwinters Yule 2024 Aus

(Cutting on costs as many are, I thought Id start sharing some diary's on some of my frugal/prep habits.) A few things I do in living frugal where I can and with a prep mindset for times of not so plenty :)
0:00 Getting up early and 5:49 Buying ahead of time/my bulk socks bought from 3 years ago were pulled out to replace my current holey ones. 19:27 Hand downs..
Regarding the topic of weight/health/sleep I spent most my life as a trainer and dietician, so my thoughts come from a place of not just observation but care from my previous profession.
