Ok but I have a question ,I applied only one track , university track or embassy track ,but I really wanna to go seoul University for LLM(masters) but one thing if I applied university track then for sure I will apply snu University and if I applied embassy track then I will apply snu University or other 2 universities but my question as well in a one way the form can be fill up then thay see the application form in same way yah look like other way ? @@snigdhapramanik8222 If you apply for university track then you can directly apply for SNU, if they select you then you can study there.But if you apply for embassy track then you'll have a chance to choose 3 universities,after you get selected in the 1st and 2nd round your application will be sent to the 3 universities and if any of the university select you then you can study there or if all the 3 universities select you then you'll have a chance to choose between these universities.

Hello. Yes, but email reco letter is not allowed. It’s stated in the guidelines that you have to seal it in the envelope with the recommenders signature on it.

Just ask them politely, they will listen to you. I just sent an email to the GKS coordinator to confirm if the received the reco letter from that professor.

Hi Mr. Long this is very helpful. I have few questions though, would gladly appreciate your response. 1. Do I need to get certificate from my university as proof that subjects were taught in english? (altho I have Filipino and history subjects) 2. When you say apostille thats the original docs that you will ask dfa to authenticate right after apostilled then you can photocopy those authenticated docs and those docs are the ones you will submit. Do I need to do notarize or get cert true copy after apostille? 3. About the CGPA it has the grade percentage in the transcript like 1.0=100 but cpga is not stated there. Given that I need to do convertion using scholaro and have it acknowledged by my university right? these 3 causing a lot of confusion to me. I would really really appreciate your response.

But some precise poitns are note that clear that is why I was asking.. by optional documents I was not talking about the Topik or Toefl or awards as they mentioned but about other ones like work certificate etc. Well, I have another question if you can answer then even if maybe it is not the same for your country. I am from France so I had to give the certified copies of my originals documents + the certified translation of all my documents. I do know that we need an apostille (legalization) on our certified copies of the originals but it is not precise for the translation in english.. Did you also put an Apostille on your diplomas and transcripts ? Hope you'll have the answer because I did not find it in their FAQ or the Guidelines. Thank you for all!

I've applied this year through embassy track from India but my graduation is about to complete this month, so may be that's the reason my application is not accepted by our embassy.("also, in our country major criteria for selection is openly IIT's or NIT's") .. So, this year I decided to apply through University track directly(masters -engineering background). But I haven't given my IELTS yet. So, I'm a little bit confused whether to contact the professors after writing IELTS or if I'm ready with collection of info.. do professors take that into consideration... What do think? Letter from a korean prof is not the reco letter required in the requirements. You can add it in your additional documents. Or talk to the gks coor of the school, send it to them and they will attach it to your docs. I believe I mentioned this in one of my videos

I've been trying trying find people who mightve gone for PhD through embassy track but I can't find any since I can barely find people who've gone for PhD. Thw ones I've found have gone through the University track. So, I just wanted to ask if Embassy track is a good option for applying for PhD or should should opt for University track? You don’t have to pay any application fee for this. You just need to pay the courier for delivering your docs to the university
