For GKS scholarship you need to have 80% marks in previous degree and i think you can apply, but also i recommend to try for professor based scholarship also, they accept students on their funding

For Undergraduate its little bit hard because there is no research experience. If you have research papers and something you did in research field professors accepts or if you have percentages like above 90 percent
