That's not true at all actually. How much food you eat has little to do with it. It's more about what kind of food you eat. Mainly too much fiber, too much spicy food, and too little animal fats. Believe it or not, those factors play the largest role in inflamed and irritated hemorrhoids. So if you're suffering from inflamed hemorrhoids, try eating much LESS fiber and much MORE animal fats.
