Clevelander here, so far so good with new owners. AC and wifi works good, was at the building a few couple months ago. I have no issue with my regular cell service/non wi-fi.

Hope all your plans go well and you have a great time at the National. I was setup at a show in Fargo during the Roger Maris Celebrity Golf Weekend. Johnny Bench comes strolling thru the show, small show, about 30 tables. Just some stupid small talk is all I could think of. It was great seeing him up close and personal.
