Is it possible to get super hydrophobic surface by using SiO2 nanopowder but without any heat treatment.

The weight of the water can displace the hydrophobic material upon impact when not suspended or treated (ie. if it was a powder)

Mam I m a student of chemistry and I m new to these things can you tell me which siloxane you are talking about because I have searched on internet and I have found this as polydimethylsiloxane and other compounds but not the simple siloxane plz plz can you make a video on how to prepare siloxane
