In today's episode, I visited 12-year-old Christopher in Australia for a grass-court session. After analyzing his game and getting to know him better, we embarked on a comprehensive training session, focusing on the preparation and execution of his motions.
During this session, I emphasized Chris's need to gain control of the court. To achieve this, we focused on early preparation, playing deep, and moving forward after hitting from the baseline. Selecting the correct service strategy, and executing it properly, is also crucial for gaining an advantageous position against your opponent.
