Prepare the 3 famous McDonald's Burger sauces at home❗️ Big Mac sauce with a hamburger or minced meat sandwich, McChicken sauce for a burger or chicken sandwich and filet-o-fish sauce (or also called Tartare sauce) for a hamburger or sandwich with fish cakes
3 recipes with simple ingredients, and a taste like at McDonald's‼ ️
McDonald's Sauce Ingredients
For these three sauces, you must use prepared mustard, or also called American mustard, to have a more exact taste. (This is the mustard used by McDonald's)
Sauce 1: Big Mac
1/2 CUP OF MAYONNAISE (6 Tbsp)
1 Tbsp of grated pickle
1 Tsp OF SUGAR
1/2 Tsp of onion powder
1/2 Tsp of garlic powder
1 Tsp of paprika
1 Tsp of white vinegar
1 Tsp PREPARED (OR AMERICAN) MUSTARD
MIX AND KEEP FOR 30MIN FOR A BETTER TASTE
Sauce 2: McChicken
1/2 CUP OF MAYONNAISE (6 Tbsp)
1 +1/2 Tsp SUGAR
1/2 Tsp of onion powder
1/2 Tsp of garlic powder
1 + 1/2 Tsp WHITE VINEGAR
1 Tsp PREPARED (OR AMERICAN) MUSTARD
MIX AND KEEP COOL 30MIN FOR BEST TASTE.
Sauce 3: Filet-O-Fish
1/2 CUP OF MAYONNAISE (6 Tbsp)
1 Tbsp OF CHOPPED ONION
1 Tbsp of grated pickle
1 Tbsp of minced parsley
1 tsp of chopped capers
1 + 1/2 Tsp SUGAR
1 + 1/2 Tsp WHITE VINEGAR
1/2 Tsp PREPARED (OR AMERICAN) MUSTARD
MIX AND KEEP FOR 30MIN FOR A BETTER TASTE

Ça peut fonctionner, honnêtement moi comme j’aime pas la mayonnaise j’ai remplacé avec du yaourt grec pour la sauce berger(je pense que ça marche aussi avec du yaourt nature) et ça passe, juste j’ai en peu rajouter de la cannelle pour apporter en peu de légèreté dans la sauce
