I wouldn’t wait around for some big shift to happen on Earth. Change always has to happen from within. If you want reality to change then inner work is a must. First they said it was Y2K in the year 2000 where all the computers were supposed to reset. Then it was the Mayan prophecy in 2012 for the end of the world. Now it’s the “big shift” coming soon. You can’t escape having to work on yourself. There’s no magical event that’s going to happen on the outside of yourself that’s going to change things for you. The physical, emotional feedback is so important to put context into what is happening. I've learned that growth in consciousness is multi-faceted and interdimensional in nature. We like to romanticize it as some peak experience, and that does happen, but it also comes in drips like you are referring to. After reading several Deloris Cannon books, I understand that the conscious, sub-conscious, and super consciousness are different expressions of the same being (us). There will be moments where I feel a flow of subconscious knowing and then an ear ringing. This is to say that something happened that I do not consciously understand, but a wave hits me followed by ear ringing. I have also noticed that the crown of my head will feel like bugs are crawling in my hair. It will feel so significant that I am sure that my hair is actually moving like wind hitting a field of wheat. My hair doesn't really move, but it does feel like a strong magnetic field or something like that. Like if you rubbed a balloon on a shaggy carpet a bunch to build up a charge and then held it close over your head. That feeling comes and goes at random. I've had it happen while shopping for groceries and while trying to fall sleep.

Yes, I've had vivid dreams of being in a classroom many, many times. I can feel the emotions and energy of those around me. I even have conversations with others, and they are fascinated with my human experience. I can just describe a normal day, and they are hanging on to my every word. I can not put into words the level of intimacy while being there. It is complete acceptance, even a yearning, deep gratitude of sharing space with them. It is overwhelming at times. One time, I remember walking with a group of students in what felt like a museum, and I was lagging behind. The instructor called me out by name to come to the front of the group to see a massive mural. I remember that I looked at it, but I can not remember what it had on it. There was another time that I was aware that I was present in that classroom, and it felt very casual like a study hall. I felt the presence of those around me, but I was super sleepy, so I just laid my head down on the desk and fell asleep while dreaming. It felt like those around me were like, "he's falling asleep again!" They held no judgment. It almost felt like I was encouraged to just do what I wanted to do, and I would be deeply loved and appreciated regardless of what that was.

Two grays visit Tim in the night after agreeing not to doesn't sound like a reputable source that I would trust. Then they tell Tim that he needs to increase more output because the shifting of the planet is more imminent and urgent. If it is so urgent, then why are his conference tickets so pricey that only a few select people can actually afford? What credible source wrote a "document" from a program that we should just confide in? I've listened to Tim in this series with an open mind, but much of what he talks about just doesn't resonate. I don't hear much about unconditional love, Christ consciousness, or service to others. Those are the qualities that the world needs to transition into a fourth consciousness.

I love the little Grey beings...they are lovely. They told me......if you want to get used to them, imagine them coming for tea, during the day, while you feel safe and secure, imagine them coming for tea.....and you will get used to them. I believe I also had contact as a child of about 3 or 4. I love how he says, bubbles, several times. I was told, when the bubble comes, it was be amazing! Outstanding and magical. I saw them in my bedroom, they had a little device that put me to sleep, like a little tube with a camera shutter thing on the tip. My tooth used to buzz if they communicated with me....my tooth would feel like it was shocked electrically. I once heard.....PAINT.....and in the years following they came back for portraits to be done of them. Honestly, it's madness......but real.

I hope that there is a beautiful shifting of humanity into a more peaceful state. I think it's important to live in the now and allow yourself to feel. Allow yourself to live with and move through the discomfort of this moment and be a part of the collective grief we are all experiencing if we allow it. I worry so much about this talk of npcs (dehumanizing) keeping "high vibe" to the point of isolation/apathy/escapism from humanity. Things are rough right now. We need to support each other. I assure you that regardless of how prepared and wanting you are of it, it will be far more than you bargained for. I woke up one night to see an Arcturian standing on my bedside table, looking down on me with a shocked look on his face. I wasn't supposed to see him! He looked like the cat that ate the canary. Oops, busted. He held his hands behind his back. I wonder if he was holding a device? As for me, I felt like I was halfway in and halfway out of my body. I could simultaneously see the ceiling and the wall of my bedroom as if I was lying on my left side. It's like the perspective of both views was competing for my awareness. It felt very confusing. Then I see this little guy standing there, and my mind is trying to make sense of what is happening. What did he look like? I'll save the description and just ask that you go to a search engine and enter "Vashta Art Arcturian" and click the images tab. Look for the picture of a blue skinned, black-eyed female with a glowing gem tiara looking right at you. Open the high-resolution version of the picture and zoom in on her scalp. My guy even had those same textures on his scalp. My visitor never communicated anything to me consciously. I have no idea why he was there. I was in a sleep paralysis and I could only move my eyes. Eventually, my awareness settled into my body, and I was lying on my left side. As I looked at him and realized this was really happening, a slight concern came to me that I didn't want to show fear. So I thought the phrase, "come @ me." He reacted by bending down slightly to put his face a little closer to me. I was slightly alarmed because until then he remained motionless. So I voiced it again in my mind, and he jumped down, rand down the side of my bed, and then came behind me and bent over to put his face right into mine. To our culture if you say, "come @ me" you know that is a provocation. But this guy reacted by doing exactly what the words said. At that moment, it was overwhelming, and I closed my eyes and lost consciousness. I was fighting to stay awake the entire 2 or 3 minutes this happened in.

Part 2... After the experience above, I dwelled on the squandering of this opportunity. I wish I did more with the experience!!! So much regret. So, in meditation, I reached out and told them that I desperately wanted another chance to see them. I felt a bit of resistance like, "You weren't supposed to see him in the first place. It is against our rules for this to happen." I didn't let it go. After sending a lot of energy and intention into it, I got back a, "Okay, but it will be a compromise.... We will come on Friday to fulfill your request." That message came on Tuesday. The days go by, and I forget about it, thinking that I must have placate my own mind. Well, Friday comes and goes into the evening, and nothing happened. I went to bed, and that was that. Well, I got up in the 11:00 hour to pee (I had to go really badly). Just as the stream was released, I felt an energy shift. It felt electric and heavy presence, and my nerves were on edge. I had the sense that on the other side of the wall between the living room and the bathroom I was in were 3 beings. I heard the floor creak and some slight shuffling sounds. I heard loud knocking sounds. It was unmistakable that someone was over there. I was still peeing at high volume. You know how hard it is to stop midstream. I was even concerned that they may walk around the corner and come into the bathroom while I'm in this condition. As I finished my business, I felt the energy go back to normal. I then felt the message of, "Our agreement is fulfilled. This is all we can do at this time." The subtext here is that they really do not want to alter your reality or disrupt your conscious life. They have a responsibility to leave you alone, but they can interact with you on a 4th dimensional, astral, subconscious level. I've been visited many times, but they rarely interact with me consciously. The one time they did, they asked permission to take a skin sample on my right shoulderblade, but once I gave consent, I was in a deep sleep. I remember the pain was intense, but they went quickly and healed it immediately. The scoop mark is about as wide as my index finger tip. Thank you for indulging me. I hope you get the experience that you seek.

Okay, one more and I'm done!! Visitations have happened throughout my life. I am always in sleep paralysis and once I start to wake up and become aware of them, they tell each other, "he's waking up, we must leave." They always stayed out of my view. I only saw one the one time I mentioned above. There is always 1 who is very reticent to leave. It feels like how a mother must feel when their baby is dropped off on the first day of school. This one is always just out of view. There is a playfulness about it like, "I'm here but you can't see me!!" Well, one night they visited and it was a hot night. I wasn't wearing a t-shirt like usual and I had the covers off. They came, and as I woke up in sleep paralysis I was like, "Okay, you're here again, and now you have to leave. I get it." As they were departing, I noticed that my back was itching like crazy in one spot, and I was thinking that I couldn't wait to get my control back so I could scratch my back! Well, just as I thought this, I felt one get really close behind me, and I felt this tiny little one-pass scratch of a single fingernail exactly where my back was itching. In that moment, I just busted out laughing, and they were gone.

They are super considerate. They think of impacts to the N-th degree. They came on Friday night because they knew I could sleep in on Saturday morning. They really do as light of a touch as possible. I am aware of them and welcome interaction, but they also probably know that if I had the interactions that I claim to want that I would be running down the street shaking everyone by the shoulder and screaming, "aliens are watching us, and they love us!!" That's a great way to end up in a psycho ward, lose my job, lose my marriage, and destroy my life. I am fighting the urge to start a channel on here or on substack and just spill my guts on everything. I can't put my face on here because I have too much to lose. My in-laws are religious and would probably disown me. I want to share the information without going public.
