Preparing a Truck Frame for a C Notch Kit

Usually when a truck is lowered, the frame will need to be cut to allow for the axle and a C Notch kit must be used. This video shows how to save time and make the job easier by using a Hypertherm Plasma cutting system when installing a C Notch kit.

I will ask the team who did the job and post it later tonight. While I do most of the fabrication in my videos, with this one, I was just doing the video work.

Between mocking it up, measuring everything, cutting and welding it was a few days. There were also crossmembers that needed to be removed. I myself did not do the work. My fabrication work mainly do sheetmetal restoration on 60's musclecars. I was only there for video and photos. But asking the guys that did the work, it might could be done in a day, if the kit fit really well.

Sorry to take so long to reply, I had a bad truck accident last year and I'm just now getting caught back up in my life.
