Remember to ask me a Q&A question about anything here in the comments! At the end of every Sunday's video, I pick and answer one! This week I answered a Q about how to start making electronic music.

Hi there, that would be cool to see the complete track broken in multiple loops and then you show how you perform live with Push. Great video as usually, thanks.

nice tips, but as a suggestion you should SOLO tracks and export each section in diferent parts.. this will give you actual flexibility and an actualy reason/ benefits to have an ableton live set.. for exmaple.. if you solo kick then export, then bass then export then percs then export then pads then export, later you can mute kick and bass and improvse when to "drop it" again.. also you can actually mix creatvly for example muting kick and bass and adding kick and bass for the next track ;) mnight do a tutorial on this too im camara shy tho

Hey! for a q and a : Do you have a video on the best way to actually perform your songs out somewhere live (like hardware wise) at a bar/venue: meaning the best gear you use to do this, what to bring to the venue, how to set it up and incorporate it with there speakers/amps/mixing boards, etc? Like do you use an interface or just an rca cable through the headphone jack of ur laptop, how to do this with multiple tracks in a session, do u have to buy a small mixer urself to bring there? like whats the best and easiest way to get good sound out of ur live set up - thank you so much!

But what if Ableton crashes on stage? Should I just export my songs without vocals and perform it that way? Like I wouldn't be able to monitor my performance session whilst performing either
@LNADoesAudioStuff3 жыл бұрын
performing with computer has always that risk, but that is why you really need to take care of its memory and CPU to prevent crashes from happening.

You don't need to export different parts of the songs, you can just export the whole song, and then import it to a clip, and in there loop/crop your sections after making sure the bpm fits. You also get more flexibility if you want to change up what sections to split it into later.
@AlexandreSoma3 жыл бұрын
When you export for live performance, do you also export the delays and reverbs from the send and returns tracks OR do you export them dry and put the send and returns on the live file? Congrats!

What do you put in the master? Just a limiter or do you have a preset rack? Love your videos ❤️

Maybe a limiter and some mastering elements or performance audio racks :)

hey ! great video ! Just a little question : how do you make some transitions between songs ? for exemple with some risers or fx just to make a soft transition between track 1 and 2 ... thank you very much for that cool video :)
