Now I’m 23 & it has never affected me in anyway , i didn’t even know until i went to the doctor for a regular check up and she told me. Praying for you and your little gremlin ❤

Big helpful tip I can offer you as a mom with a boy is to layer your baby mattress with sheets and waterproof pads so if there is an accident in the middle of the night (there definitely will be) then you can peel off the soiled set and there’s already a fresh set on underneath. Saves so much stress and chaos in the dark

I had to go in to the hospital a lot in the third trimester and I felt like it helped me be more comfortable with being there and to get to know the nurses. So it may help you as well if that ends up being what you need to do. I hope everything continues to go well, it's good to know that it most likely will resolve on it's own. Make sure you take classes or at least learn how to start breastfeeding. I also had prenatal insomnia and it was rough I don't have much advice other than taking magnesium. It didn't resolve it, it just helped me get back to sleep. Most importantly keep staying positive! We love you and want the best for you!

Sending you so much love and support. You guys got this 💖 Just wanted to edit and say that it's okay to feel whatever you need to feel. Even with things turning positive, it's still a hard experience! Allow yourself time to process everything. Pregnancy and even beyond, it's a ride, because your heart basically transfers outside of your body and in this little soul. (well, in your body still when you're pregnant haha) Being a parent is such a journey! You'll always worry, always want everything to be okay - and the thing is that it always is. As parents all we can do is make sure that we meet the demands as much as we can, provide the best care, love and support. Beyond that it can be out of our control, but at the root of it, we are doing our best. That's all we can do. Try not to put too much expectation or pressure on yourself. It sounds like your little man is on the way up, and that's wonderful! But go easy on yourselves and make sure you're taking care of you, too. Your mental health matters! It's too easy to let ourselves slip and focus solely on our beautiful bubs. Just hope you have lots of support! We're all here! ❤

My second son was born on May 22nd. It was INCREDIBLY windy in Michigan the day we took him home. I was very glad we took a car seat cover.

My youngest was super active when I was pregnant with him. So active! While I was in labor he was moving so much they had to keep moving the monitors and then they gave up for a bit and towards the end they had to attach a monitor to his scalp. Once he was out he was earth side he needed to face out to watch the world. Once that boy started moving, all hell broke loose. My mother in law nicknamed him little escape artist because he could get through any and all barrier you put in his way. He is now 3 and forever going going going!

When I was pregnant, I had polyhydramnios at 28 weeks (way too much amniotic fluid) and was hospitalized for three days because of it; I had to go to maternal fetal medicine every week after that to check on the progress. The upside is that I got 3D photos every week!! Thoughts and prayers for you and your little gremlin! Pregnancy is SCARY for so many reasons, like random unexplained phenomenon like your baby’s heart beat. My baby was almost immediately taken to the NICU because she’d stop breathing randomly and turn blue… and after they ran at least 7 different extensive tests to figure out why this was happening, they never figured it out. She was completely healthy and normal. Eventually she went her 5 days in a row without a cyanotic episode and we got to bring her home after 10 days in the NICU. She’s been so perfect and is almost a year old now. You and baby are gonna rock this! Good luck mama!

My youngest was born with a heart murmer. It was terrifying. It didn't happen until he was born. We did the ekg's and cardiologist appppointments but turned out it was benign. He is now 11 and healthy and wild and active lol he still has the murmer. It's more prominent when he's sick but he is fine. I hope this gives you peace of mind. Hey ghoul hey! A couple pieces of advice that I appreciated when having our little was, for your baby shower have everyone bring a variety of sizes of diapers. We didn’t need to buy diapers for 9 months or so, because everyone supplied us with some and any that didn’t fit, we would exchange and get the right size! The other thing is to keep as many tags on baby clothes that you can! You can always return/exchange them later or resell them to a children’s store! Talking about coming full circle. My little one and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE watching your videos. So seeing you become a mom and remembering all of those things I went through, to now having my 8 year old and I watch your videos is just so special. We’re also KC residents too!

Don't worry Jade, I was born with a murmur but in a couple of moths it heal itself and here I am 27 years later, I didn't experience any issues and I'm still very healthy and ready for any rollercoaster and heartbreaks hehehe. You both are going to be alright, praying for a speedy and healthy delivery.
