Thanks for the video, I ended up exclusively pumping for my first child and had a huge oversupply, meaning I was constantly pumping. I’m hoping to be able to successful breastfeed this time around!

Ma’am.. my breast is so flat .. 28 size and I’m 23 years old .. iam 6 months of pregnant.. is my flat breast cause any problem for feeding after birth

You should expect your breasts to grow during pregnancy. If they don't it's possible there will still be changes after your baby is born. Know the signs to watch for that your milk is coming in and your baby is getting enough from breastfeeding.

I am so glad I found your channel. I've been told stress can lessen changes of getting your breast milk, and I've been concerned that maybe mine won't because of stress. How true is this?
@BreastfeedingConfidential3 жыл бұрын
Severe physical stress like significant blood loss, can affect it, but the milk coming in is primarily controlled by hormones and stimulation. Emotional stress can affect let-down. I would encourage you to consider taking my online course to learn how to encourage a good milk supply and to help decrease your stress by feeling more prepared. Good luck!

How do I find a good lactation consultant in my area? I live in sacramento california.
@BreastfeedingConfidential4 жыл бұрын
You can use this to start. I would also check with local moms who had a good experience with someone. I do virtual consults if you are interested in that. uslca.org/resources/find-an-ibclc
