When you want to make pancakes from a box of flour to the pancakes, add sugar while kneading in a moderate amount. I make a vegan cake without eggs and eat it with natural honey. You can replace sugar instead of honey, add sugar while kneading, add sugar in moderate amounts and knead, then fry the pancakes. Ingredients: 2 cups of pure flour, the regular flour that we use to bake anything. Three quarters of a cup of corn oil. A little salt. A spoonful of baking powder. A cup of water to the kneading until the dough becomes semi-liquid. If you need more water, add water. Sugar in a moderate amount, half a cup of brown sugar, this is good. Method: Put the baking powder with a little salt with flour with sugar then add a little water and knead then all the oil then knead then add the rest of the water and knead and if you need more water add until the pancake batter becomes semi-liquid, taste the flavor does it need sugar or not if it needs sugar add sugar. Then fry the pancakes with pleasure and good health.

I thought the edit you did for the girl was very well thought out, and quite dramatic! It shows you have a talent for cinematography…but that’s been evident for quite some time in your regular uploads about your everyday life. Well done! That part where she was doing the floor exercise and landed @ 14:39 causing her back to pain…it made me think about your back problem, and if you've found any relief from it, and wondering if you’re still struggling with that, and still having to work around that nagging problem??? Anyways, I did want to point out, that you’ve always had a good quality physique, with good chest to waist to quads to calves proportions...but in that photo session starting @ 2:13 your pecs have taken on a whole new robust thickness that’s not been there before! They are really coming into their own, with a look of muscle maturity like a seasoned bodybuilder! Sometimes, some guys are later than others with truly blossoming out to their fullest potential…a late bloomer it’s called! I’m thinking you may be one of those kind of guys (???)! We’ll see!

I really liked your cinematography clip. If I were to add anything for future reference, maybe including more shots or clips of the person facing adversity in their training would build up the story. I think it would help viewers create an emotional connection, as we’ve all faced adversity to achieve our dreams. Every clip should take us on a journey. Having the chalk clap in black and white would’ve been a cool addition too!
