Can you explain the permit needs? Is that a California thing? How is that separate from freedom of the press or no reasonable expectation of privacy in public?

Our goal is to show you what it’s like for aerial firefighters to fight fires from the air. To really take you into their world, we want to film inside aircraft and at airports and we need special permissions to do that because it’s like private property.
