PREPARING FOR PREGNANCY / FERTILITY TIPS THAT HELPED ME
These are the things I did to get pregnant with Carter and will be doing this time around. Please note, this is just what worked for me, please do your own research and speak with your doctor :) I am doing these things starting 3-6 months before trying for baby. I hope that this info can help anyone out there who is struggling to get pregnant! I know how scary and disheartening it can be and I'm here for you

~ Vitex supplement: amzn.to/2GXprx6 this is a supplement that helps build the lining of your uterus and balance hormones. I started taking 3 a day for the first month and then 2 a day. Note that once you get pregnant you should continue to take vitex but taper down the first trimester- I gradually reduced it every week until week 12. Thanks for the advice . I just found out I am lacking in one hormone. I will try the vitex and hope it helps gets me pregnant faster this time . It took me almost two years to get pregnant and I miscarried twins. So thanks for the help.

My husband and I have been trying for a baby for 5 months now and we've gotten so discouraged with each period and negative pregnancy test every month. This video seriously came at such an amazing time. The book 'How We Love' by Milan and Kay Yerkovich was my life changing book this year. It talks about the relationship habits we form as children. I came away understanding myself and other people so much more.

j uchikawa we are in this journey together! It never ceases to inspire me whenever I hear the others’ journey to parenthood. Initially, when I would see a family, I would think, “they are so blessed with their cute family. I hope to one day be in their shoes.” However, when I would then chat with some of these families from my community/church etc, I would learn that they too had a challenging journey to parenthood. Every one of us has our own journey and I trust that in the right timing, we will be blessed with our first child. I’d love to hear what others are using as I want to start tracking my ovulation. I’ve been ttc’ing for 10 months

I became deficient in vitamin d with my last pregnancy and stated vitamin d injections with my doctor. Wow! What a difference. Once my vitamin d levels balanced out I became an entirely new (happier and more energized) person. Now I take my d religiously ❤️ even in this california sun I still need it and I think lots of women do. Great advice B!

It took my husband and I two years and two IUIs to get pregnant with our first- I'm 25 weeks now :-) We did literally everything you shared, and then some! I just wanted to add if anyone wants any other tips- look into Preseed to use around ovulation, and then after you ovulate eat a ton of pineapple (especially the core) and brazil nuts! They contain bromelain which is said to help implantation. I ate sooo much pineapple and Brazil nuts the month I finally concieved. Best of luck to you, I was hoping you two would be trying again soon!
