I scream.. you scream.. we all scream.. for Tamale Pie! This really takes me back to the 1950s when my Mom used to make tamale pie from a recipe on the yellow cornmeal box. Of course she added her own secret spices, but I can almost taste it now! Oh is that plate for me???? I do remember she did add a small can of whole kernel corn. I think I have everything but the buttermilk!
