Preparing for the E German Ln widening project from Oak St to Mockingbird Ln

Construction materials for our E German Ln widening project will be pre-stationed this week from Oak St to Mockingbird Ln. Drive with caution. Expect delays. Flaggers will be present.
The E German Ln widening project aims to improve traffic congestion, enhance safety for pedestrians, and improve stormwater drainage by widening E German Ln for 0.4 miles between Oak St (Hwy 64) and Mockingbird Ln.
Improvements include the following:
Two 11 foot travel lanes
One 11 foot two-way left turn lane
Curb & gutter
8 foot side path for pedestrians & cyclists
Upgraded stormwater drainage infrastructure
