Thanks for the Vid! I was wondering, why you bought Kava as a sevusevu in Suva to bring it to Kandavu. It reminded me of a saying wéve got here in Europe, which states „to carry owls to Athens“ (which means, there is not much sense in doing this, since Athens is (or used to be) full of owls. And since Íve learned in Fiji that the best Yangona roots are to be found in Kandavu, I was just wondering… 😊 but I just remember, in one vid, that yoúve made at Moturiki, someone stated, that the best roots grow on the island of Moturiki. ;-)

Everyone in Fiji claims to have the best Grog. Im from Kadavu but my taus in VANUALEVU have some of the best Grog due to their soil being the most fertile in Fiji

It is because it has more variety to taste Depends on varieties most places have same varieties but tastes different because of soils yet Vanua Levu and Kadavu both volcanic soils and they grow yaqona in either the alluvium River plains or hilly slopes None growing inside the greenhouse in either Vanua Levu Viti Levu or Kadavu All out in the nature maybe they a bit cheaper from Suva shops as compared to there in Kadavu

Kadavu the groceries shops and fuels expensive better buy from Suva City cheaper As there they resellers just like Suva City as well but Kadavu shops they might be second resellers again Just like any rural maritime and rural interior villages without any service stations regulated prices indexes Sega tu na villages na service stations as not allowed because dangerous as most of them depend on marine life for food So only on Government Depot wharfs they might have service stations like Vunisea Kavala is new one but no fuels there at all in Kavala Fuel only in meself village Naivakarauniniu Sanima Kadavu Diesel but not going to be used because it is National Heritage site owned by the village only
