Thank you very much. I have a question. Please guide me as to in what units the SWAT model accepts the Coordinates (Lat and Long) of the stations i.e in DMS (Deg Min Sec) or in meters?

Mahmood, the latitude, and longitude are in degree but the elevation is in meter in lookup table preparation as well as weather generator data preparation.

Thank you for your comment dear. If the temp data can not be filled with arthimetic mean, inverse distance is the best, further it is better to revise previous studies

For SWAT input which file have to give input. PCP individual or PCP lookup?

You give the lookup, and the model extract the data by using the name availble from the lookup
