Wait until you try their app. It gives you a more options and controls. I have the River and 110 solar panel. With the EcoFlow app you can set to slow charging which is supposed to preserve the battery life and keeps it from over heating, this is important when camping in Thailand.

Yea I was testing the upload day for a bit to see if it changed anything by uploading earlier. To be fair I did find I got more views uploading on a Friday or Saturday as it gives people the weekend to visit the video. I’ll probably mix it up randomly but the way I look at it is if a video goes live on a Saturday it’ll still be there on Sunday for those who like to watch it then 😊

I think an electric blanket would be more power efficient than a space heater. for space heating, maybe a small dan type heater to circulate the air.

Thanks for another vid, I can't be bothered to install a diesel heater either in my vivaro van (I know they are good but they are expensive and a lot of work to install) so I'm thinking of other low cost options as well. Tbh I was just going to try a simple tea light heater set up but the eco river 2 has piqued my interest as a back up power supply it seems to be the nuts. Cheers.

It will be interesting to follow this and see how it works out. I've noticed people are putting these into new builds rather than house batteries. Gadget John's new build for instance. It makes more sense having everything as an integrated unit rather than having to wire up everything from different manufacturers etc.

I use a deisel heater and it works brilliantly. On the lowest setting it sips power/fuel. It can also use a combination of veg oil mix too.

There are a couple of products you could look at on Amazon - one is a low wattage personal heater by Dimplex that is only 250 watts and would heat a small area quite well. Also you may wish to explore a heatable lunch box that is a 12v item - you could heat a meal on your way to your destination to eat on arrival or at least put semi warmed food to finish off in the slow cooker. Going with electric is a great way to go as it is a dry heat and will reduce condensation in your van. Thank you for reviewing these options.

I love the mini radiator. I'll have to look for one. I prefer that to the heaters that blow air on me, which just makes me feel cold. I have an 800 W Bluetti with a 200 W foldable solar panel. I haven't used it much, but figured I could lay the panel across the inside of the windshield (maybe the side windows, too) to catch some sun without getting rained on. I love Eco Flow I have a Delta Mini and a river Max and I wish I could afford a bigger Delta. I live right next to the ocean in New England and have a disability lights go out I could be in trouble and they do a lot. Feel very secure in knowing that I have an Eco flow. I did a few videos on them and I do need to get solar panel but I don't have the yard space to put a panel out there

Hi buddy, newish to the channel, great to see a real world review of what this product can do, as what is a W/H and how long does it last😅, that's give me a good idea of what I can do with it. Do you reckon it could recharge an 626W/H ebike battery overnight?? Or can any other subscribers help. Keep up the good work

How long does the e-bike normally take to charge on the mains? Bare in mind this would run the 650w radiator for 40-45minutes.

@@LoveSundays probably takes about 3hrs on the mains from it's own charger. Just be useful when off grid, thanks for the reply

Ide just have a solar panel leisure battery and inverter dedicated to 240 you already have usb,s personaly for van life I think there an expensive gimmick however for tenting yes I see the benefits but not in a van
