Weather patterns are erratic nowadays. The lack of a cool down pattern for you and 6 weeks no appreciable rain here (TX coast) make life "interesting". Good review of all the prep & maintenance a season change brings. 👍

We have not had rain during that time either. Been very dry the last couple years.
