Fantastic job. You have an eye for rounding out bushes and cutting straight hedges. Hope owner hires you on a steady basis. Can't imagine a tenant doing this work. Doing it all in one day must have been exhausting! Really enjoyed watching.

Well done to you all. Amazing refurb! Property owner at fault here. Should factor in charges with the rent for regular yard maintenance. No tenant would maintain a property so complicated and this size, despite the tenancy agreement. They’d rather forgo their deposit. Whole area should be simplified even if the owner wishes to return….. their needs will have changed by then anyway. I think some people have no idea on property management 🤪

However the name of your channel doesn't do it justice - perhaps you should rename it? Here are some suggestions: 'Backyard Makeover Guru' , or 'Lawn and Pruning Maestro', or 'Backyard and Chainsaw Wizard'. I think they are a better indicator of your skills and your channel contact. Writing a video description is a good idea too. You are very skilful and deserve many more subscribers. Best wishes.
