How do you feel about me not adding music in the background? Good idea or bad? Let me know ^_^ Also I swear that I haven't forgotten about the soap opera it's just that Early American started out as a cooking channel so that's the focus but I will definitely release part 3 eventually!!

No music please! The cooking and silence is a genuine reflection of the time, as are the sounds of the fire and food preparation. It’s an island of calm reflection and the steak recipe a mouthwatering contemplation in a busy day. As for the romance, that is both instructional and pleasing to watch as it is a part of the American culture as the cooking. In fact, shopping transactions, buying, selling, callers, and day to day maintenance of equipment, hygiene and living, is what makes this such an interesting channel to watch for me three thousand miles away in England. Let your work develop naturally. It’s a lovely channel to watch.

I moved into a 200 year old farmhouse 30 years ago with the dream of living this lifestyle.Being poor and broke helped me achieve this way of life. My farmhouse had no kitchen , no running water, no bathroom. They had a cookhouse in the backyard , away from the house. Water was carried by bucket from local spring a quarter mile away. I always wondered how they cooked there meals without having a refrigerator or stove. After 30 years, I installed a bathroom ,plumbing, up dated electricity ,and a new kitchen. I have a big garden to can my food, chickens for for fresh eggs . I 'm still broke and poor ,but I would not change this lifestyle for anything. I just wish I had a wife like Justine.
