Happy early birthday dear sis. Always a suggestion for you to think about. Winter is quickly approaching, think about wrapping the trees in burlap. Second thing I thought of was that I love the way you have the patio fenced in to allow freedom for the babies while allowing freedom. I noticed that they push against the fence as they play. Is it possible to stack cement blocks in every few feet to allow support so the fence won’t fall. Oh yes….I screamed when you said you think they are adding electric lines near by. Got my fingers crossed but solar is free. Maybe get electric and use it as a backup to solar. 👏🏽🥰🙏🏽

Hello Kathy Happy Birthday🎂 ABS is Brakes o all vehicles, so while doing your Brakes also do your Roters and Alignment. Do ALL 3 at once because they're 1 of the same, plus it's cheaper. So go to O'Reilly's or wherever you buy your vehicle parts. You'll need to buy; Front and Rear Brakes Pads (the good ones, not the cheapest ones). Also you're going to need Front and Rear Rotors (I Do Not Recomend Planning the ones on your vehicle but Replacing Them). Afterwards take your vehicle over to Firestone or whatever to get a Wheels Aligned (I recommend Firestone because they are nation wide). Don't forget to talk off your brake fluid when finished. If you choose Firestone buy the LifeTime Alignment for $200 and that will be for the lifetime of your vehicle. I have this on All my vehicles and I do this to all my vehicle and my vehicle are better for it😊 So go buy the parts (I like O'Reilly's warrington), call a good Mobile Mechanic to come to you, have him put the parts on and be a good hostess with coffee and snacks. This will take care of your ABS issue for a looooong time🙂 That's my two cents worth🪙🪙 Good luck🕊

It could be for a septic tank! We were Truly Blessed to find our home! It is a modular that was placed here in 2008 and already had the electric, septic, water tank and pump house plus propane. I love your babies🐾 our 15 indoor only rescue kitties drive us crazy sometimes, but I couldn’t live without them!! I want some fruit trees too!!! I have a little solar watering can! Yes they are. I was going to cover them up, but I think they need to get used to all four seasons. I never covered up Mrs. Plum and she thrived the following year.❤️😊

Polling everything they said it runs about 20.000 in Arizona. So maybe you should look into that. You know, just to see something somebody told you something different. I don't think it's 55.00. You should really look into that. I mean, if you're interested. Maybe you can get it fine Out Next time , if you get finance. If it's over 20.000 you're , probably If you find now said your payments probably would be Between 200 of 300 a month, but just my opinion Yeah I'll go back and look in to that Again just my opinion😮

She has solar and batteries she charges but she doesn't have electricity from a line from the town or city electric grid/powerstation. Being off grid these places don't have plumbing or electric infrastructure. She would have to pay to get it established, that's the 50k she mentioned.
