Good point about the plastic, unfortunately I didn’t have a large enough glass container, I’m gradually trying to phase out plastics as I can afford. But you are so correct plastic leaching is definitely a concern especially with hot liquids and other foods. 🥰

I throw all of the ingredients for the mayo together at once and then blitz. I’m impatient.

That’s awesome! I used to be too 😂 but I created to many “broken” mayonnaise batches that I got more strict on my process lol!
