Ok, the guys in missy elliots video ARE called Umin, sometimes spelled woomin. They're a japanese animation dance group. The guy in the hat in umin and the guy with the dread lock like hair(kiki) sometimes perform together without the other two, so they're called Umin no kokoro(which means core of umin).
