In the image in question, ulceration was not present in it, only umbilicated lesion. Plus there was h/o lung involvement. Does molluscum involve lungs?

In that case it would surely be cryptococcosis as molluscum does not involve lungs

In the HIV lesion...no prominent ulceration in the image.... it was given CBNAAT negative...nodular lesions in the lung..so its cryptococcus?

Lesions all over face AND - OPACITIES IN LUNGS but CBNAAT negative .. Most probable answer is Disseminated Histoplasmosis. And ulcerations were not there

In that question there is one point ,after Art started it get resolved ...the causes among are skin infection,non severe anemia ,suspected mycobacterium avium complex,cryptosporidiosis,and microsporidiosis...these disease doesn't need treatment ,in hiv if we just start Art it get resolved where as all other conditions first treat opportunities infection then after recommended weeks start Art

Regarding the question about the STD kit, it was cervical discharge right ??? I remember reading it again during exam and I am pretty sure it was cervical discharge and vaginal erosion.. Does anyone remember??
