Sir there was no such question as explained by you @11:30. The question actually was an image based question pointing to cavernous sinus and the nerve passing near to it was asked.

3 incorrects rest correct. Infact there was no question on identifying the nerve, it was like "which nerve is present underneath the marked structure"
