Hi Teach. I've been accepted just recently, pero na ka hide pa sya because I still need to learn the ropes . I think it's different po from where I came from sa online teaching. Hello! I am currently teaching po at Preply. Wala po tayong earnings for every single trial lessons so we need to do our best para mag subscribe po ung students and mag book sila ng maraming hours. Lol. Preply is a big scam for tutors. I tried it and not definitely worth my time so I immediately deleted my account. Imagine 9 classes a day and only 2 of them are paid because 7 classes are trial. What a waste of energy and time. Plus you can't really change your rate cause $4 and up, students won't even book you. Yes kuripot sila. Sobra. Preply sucks. Don't try it.

I'm so sorry about your experience, teach. It was not easy and I respect you 😇I also experienced that when I was new to the platform where my rate was 3 USD. It's not a SCAM, the company will just take the 100% commission for every first lesson for every student. After that, with pay na po at the same time may commission parin :) Preply has become one of my sources of income this time. Currently, my rate is 8 dollars, and am able to have students with that rate. Mahirap sa simula pero nakaahon din. Sipag at tiyaga lang po talaga. The secret to having many students despite charging in high rate is to have many 5 stars reviews and the number of lessons you've taught on the platform. God bless po.
