@Gopala krishnan, He was travelled from madurai to tiruchy by two wheeler. "Was travelled" is Passive voice. It is also simple past with using Passive voice. He travelled.. is simple past tense. You may ask why was it used in passive voice, because beauty of English language. It is more used in English newspaper too. Hope it is clear!

This episode is useful to learn to English Grammar. In this lesson, you wrote and said "He was travelled from Madurai to Trichy by Two wheeler". I have to know this sentence belongs to which tense. Please explain and clarify. If this sentence is simple past tense " He travelled from Madurai to Trichy by two wheeler". Suggestion: "was" why placed in this sentence.

Your second sentence is absolutely wrong mam. Only when there is an object in a sentence, we can write the same in passive voice. You either change the sentence as "He travelled from Madurai to Trichy" or He has travelled from Madurai to Trichy. ( Present perfect tense). Viewers will get misleaded. Kindly do the correction.

hello mam, I am regularly watching your videos . Your teachings are very nice. But, your mistakes in the sentences are a black point . There are some few mistakes u do which are given below: 1) in one of the videos: u wrote:- I WAS IN THE SHOPPING and that is a big mistake and u did not tell that u made a mistake in that particular sentence . 2) and now u have written:- HE WAS TRAVELLED FROM MADURAI TO TRICHY and that is also a mistake please correct this sentence or if u think that sentence is correct please tell that in your upcoming video. whatever sentence u write on the board , my mom also learns it and she make the same mistakes while talking , and whenever i try to correct her , she says ARUNA MAM wrote the same sentence and what she teaches is correct . but no you are not teaching in that particular sentence is not correct. 3) And last mistake u used to say DEITY TEMPLE as DIRTY TEMPLE please correct that too.... I WANTED TO SAY THAT DO NOT WRITE WRONG SENTENCES. and I hope u will say that, there was mistake in that particular sentence :- HE WAS TRAVELLED............ THANK YOU PLEASE KEEP UPLOADING MORE VIDEOS
