Sir i want to ask whether the RBI deposits money in the form of cash or govt securities. And If RBI takes loan from bank then does it require to give colleteral to the banks and then the repurchase it.

Sir if bank refused to give rbi money then? because bank can earn higher interest than reverse reporate when bank lend money to public.

It's not that RBI needs money from Bank .. when a bank goes through liquidity surplass ... Means a bank has too much money then only RBI takes the loan from Bank...

If reverse repo rate is more so rbi will give more interest to bank. More interest in bank means more money in bank more money more easy loan at low landing rate more demand so inflation increase. Thus, if inflation is less than rrr should be increase and if inflation more rrr should be decrease. Is it correct? Can you please reply? I m really not sure if my concept is clear
